Nodal Economics collects only the information you choose to provide through the enquiry form so the practice can assess and respond to your message.

Information collected

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, an optional organisation, the subject of your enquiry and your message. A time and reference are recorded when the enquiry is received.

How it is used

This information is used to understand your request, decide whether Nodal can help and reply where appropriate. It is not used for an automated marketing sequence or sold to another organisation.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are held in access-controlled website infrastructure and retained only while they are reasonably needed to respond, maintain an appropriate business record or meet a legal obligation. Do not submit confidential, financial, health or other sensitive personal information through the public form.

Your choices

You can ask for information about an enquiry, request correction or request deletion where applicable. Choose “Privacy or data request” on the contact form and include the enquiry reference if you have it.

Website measurement

This review version does not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels or third-party analytics scripts. If measurement tools are introduced later, this notice will be updated before they are used.

Changes

This notice will be revised as the practice and website develop. The review date above will change when a material update is made.
